This is the railway line near my place, only a 100 metres away. The barn is now gone which is really sad, it was my favourite place for photo shoots. You'd think that having old trains go past your house at odd hours of the night would be disturbing but it's not. I like the sound. I hardly wake to it anymore but it's a comforting sound when I do.

ReplyDeleteA great shot. A hint of a vignette, the muted colours and the falling down building all add to an old-time look and feel of this shot. The tracks are great leading lines. The point where the two sets merge also adds interest. Well done!
